OOTW

If you are following me on instagram (giuliabardelli), you may have noticed that I have been posting my outfits of the day for the past five days. This is mainly because I was on holiday so I've had more free time than usual, but that stops now because I'm back in school until the end of June! Luckily enough the weather in Zurich was nice for most of the days I was there, so I was able to wear clothes that suited the warmer weather. Looking at the outfits above you can see that I explored different patterns and colours and I must admit I was never the type of girl who would see herself wearing striped pants! However, because bold colours and monochrome are two of the top trends at the moment I thought I would step out of my comfort zone and experiment the different trends! That's one of the main things my mother tells me, she says that you should try and recreate different outfits by using clothes you already have but also dare to wear something different (wise words).

I, alongside many other fashion bloggers have been hooked on the Zara skort (in the second photo), and you can probably see why. The skort is sleek and cut to perfection, it is so unlike other closet essentials, so it makes your outfit that little more put together. The second favourite item of clothing is the silky checkered blouse from H&M (in the last photo). The fact that it's not made from cotton like other checkered shirts makes it different and makes any outfit look classic looking but still edgy.
